ED PS 5005 Writing Inst II

Some Elementary majors have been registering for ED PS 5000 Writing Inst I, thinking they need it before they can take ED PS 5005 Writing Inst II. To clear things up, Elementary majors need to only take ED PS 5005 Writing Inst I. ED PS 5005 covers writing for grades K-6; Only Early Childhood majors take ED PS 5000 Writing Inst I because it only covers grades K-3.

Also, when you register for ED PS 5005 Writing Inst I, you must also register for ED PS 5441 Intergrating Technology I which is a one hour online course.

ED PS 5441 Intergrating Technology I has a pre-requ which is ED PS 3140 Using Technology in Diverse classrooms. If you are transferring from SLCC then EDU 2140 Technology in the Classroom is equivalent to ED PS 3140.
